Secure gated parking up to 13 vehicles. Wheelchair accessible.
As a curtesy to our guest; 8 x 4 & 8x8 flats, red velvet curtains, seamless paper in 7 colors & 4 stair staircase are available free of charge.
Additional private outdoor shooting areas are located on the property. Enormous deck accented with glass block, spectacular collection of exotic cactus and euphorbia garden reaching 30 ft. and natural light outdoor studio area 22ft. Charming wooden fence and side alley.
Located in the valley, in close proximity to Burbank airport and a variety of hotels. User friendly; Costco, Uhaul, prop houses, Lowe's, tavern supplies, lumber yard, numerous restaurants all within blocks making any production successful.
The architecture is reminiscent of Miami Beach Architectural District, also known as Miami Art Deco District in the South Beach, Florida.

Cancellation Policy

Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the booking start time are not refundable. Learn more
