A creative immersive multimedia production and event space located in El Segundo’s Smoky Hollow District, in the heart of Silicon Beach between LAX and Manhattan Beach. Studio 1 features four large videowall display systems with advanced mega-high resolution media servers capable of delivering a wide range of dazzling possibilities for creating a most unique immersive experiential environment for special events, corporate conferences, presentations, meetings, filming, screenings, and live performance.
Space contains elegant high-tech design features, exposed bow truss ceiling, polished concrete floors, stainless steel kitchen. Ability to completely black out the space for optimal video control. Couch seating for 12 and custom styled chairs for 40 additional.
PennRose Studios includes an in-house post-production studio and videowall programming facility operated by Holonyne Corporation, an industry leader in immersive digital environments. Facility includes multiple workstations and network storage on a 10GB backbone. DaVinci Resolve Suite with full console and 4K media servers. Available upon request for video recording, editing, lighting, documentation, and specialized services. High bandwidth connectivity for streaming live events.
Rental includes event manager and video operator. Security, coat check, catering, bartending, and other services are available.
Facility includes 18 spaces private parking. Additional valet parking and free in street parking available.

Cancellation Policy
Standard
Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the booking start time are not refundable. Learn more
