The space is a boutique studio in the King West neighborhood of Toronto. After recent renovations and restorations, the studio offers an innovative and experiential way to specify and source architectural and decorative lighting, all within the context of furnishings, art and decor.
Prior to becoming what it is now, the building where the studio now stands was deemed a heritage home by the Ontario Heritage Trust and is a part of a set of homes coined “The William Clarke Houses” after the local builder responsible for the homes. These William Clarke Houses,have significant cultural heritage value as a pair of surviving semi-detached houses, displaying features of the Gothic Revival style popular for residential buildings in the late l9th century.
The studio offers a contemporary, professionally designed setting. Heritage details have been carefully restored and create a stunning juxtaposition. Three levels of functional space, including a spacious main floor with soaring ceilings. Light-filled rooms; hardwood floors; modern kitchen and bathroom; “home” office and boardroom provide tremendous flexibility for shooting.

Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
