Built in 1961, this country styled, 2 story house has a large front porch and a two leveled back deck. Lots of shooting locations with 8 rooms: 4 bedrooms, including a finished basement. There is a large tree lined backyard (fully fenced) with a bubbling brook at the end of the property. A 6 car drive way gives plenty of parking. Our house is located on a dead end street in quiet neighbourhood.
Downtown Newmarket is 5 minutes away and is a popular film spot; was used in the movie Dream House (2011).
