This beautiful 60 acre farm is completely secluded, surrounded by fields and woodland and features a limestone and stucco 110 year old farmhouse, 130 year old barn, and swimming pool. You can't see any other houses from the property. The main home has beams, wood floors and wood trim throughout. There are 4 fireplaces and many rooms with different character. The farmhouse and surrounding land provide a variety of locations from a beautiful old farmhouse, terrace and pool, old light diffused barn, artist loft, wide open farm fields, rolling hills, a 1 km long laneway, and 20 acres of forest. It's been used for a range of productions including TV and Film, R&B; through to country music videos, event space etc. Please contact us to see clips of how the property has been used in in the past. It adapts and has settings that suit any genre and vision.
** *Please note, all crews use protective mats when filming, as the wood flooring is very delicate. No stage fighting in the house is permitted.***
Please be advised that for crews over 25 people, a Porta Potty may have to be provided by the production crew.

Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
