A large open concept kitchen/eating/family room complete with spacious kitchen with modern amenities and large island, and off of that is a den/eating area with fireplace on one wall, wall to wall windows overlooking patio and pond, and original stone wall. 3. Large living room on opposite side of stone wall with big fireplace and windows all around.
- 2nd Floor has 5 bedrooms, two complete bathrooms, powder room, and laundry room.
Either floor offers both excellent shooting locations, and ample change rooms, hair/make up, wardrobe, or cast/crew holding space.
Available Monday to Friday for shoots. Weekends are preferable for scouting.

Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
