Our beautiful 4-bedroom home is in an historic neighbourhood nestled inside of "The Gates of Guildwood". Our 1,400 square foot house is located near the Scarborough Bluffs in a community featuring "The Guild Inn, an 88 acre park which was featured in the film "The Skulls".
The spacious back yard is 50 x 40, where we have hosted multiple weddings, including our own, offering an 18' x 34' deck plus an additional 18' x 14' gazebo.
The front yard is adorned with a large apple tree and a maple tree on the boulevard. All of the inside has been upgraded with hardwood flooring, and a black corner-Jacuzzi-jet bathtub adorns the master bathroom with floor to ceiling neutral ceramic tiling. The kitchen has an open concept with maple cabinetry with crown moulding and stainless steel appliances. The entire main level has lots of natural light, with the bay windows and patio sliding glass doors.
The backyard is very large - around 2000 square feet and beautiful foliage in season. And when the back deck is not being used for shooting it can accomodate a place for cast and crew to congregate for breaks with available seating for 20, expanding to upwards of 40 with the addition of more chairs.
Our house is south-facing with lots of mature trees around the front and back yard, allowing for natural lighting. Our street has plenty of available parking for cast and crews.
