This is a huge versatile farmland property that can act as multiple sets: field, riverbank, woodland, trail, garden, hillside, farmhouse, barn.
The spacious cobblestone farmhouse is on a quiet gravel road. The decor is traditional country with some modern art, wood finishes and cozy furniture including a floor loom. The back deck has modern patio furniture, a workbench and hammock. The barn mostly stores wood downstairs. The upstairs loft has been finished as a guest space.
The best part of the property is a rough footpath that winds through woods to the Sydenham River where a space is cleared for a camping area, campfire pit and picnic table. The large farm field (50 of the 63 acres of the property) can be used as a set when the crop is off - just ask.
We are 3 hours SW of Toronto, 1 hour SW of London.
A few notes: The property also includes a full working carpenter's workshop. Finding the tool you might need for a quick fix is nearly guaranteed. Catering can be arranged. Just ask.
