Indoor rooms are open concept with space for lighting equipment from many angles providing lots of variation for filming. Lots of natural light as well. Perfect for family home indoors and outdoors.
Four garages including one that could fit a transport truck, plus the front driveway and roundabout can park easily 15-20 vehicles without imposing on filming space.
