Our house is located at the end of a no thru road and is very private on a [removed] acre lot. The Adobe Style House is 3,000 square feet. It is two levels of 1,500 square feet each with basically identical floor plans. It has beautiful views over looking Okanagan Lake from Penticton's Lake Shore Drive to Naramata. Open layout main area on each level includes a Kitchen with Stainless Steel Fridge, Stainless Steel Range, a Microwave and super quiet Bosch Dishwasher. Each level has 2-14x14 ft. bedrooms, 1&1/2 baths and full laundry room. The house faces the city of Penticton over looking Okanagan Lake. It is directly across the lake from famous Munson Mountain. There are large decks on both levels. House is built into hillside with a fully accessible flat concrete roof. Separate driveways on each level. You can watch the annual Challenge Penticton (formerly Ironman) triathlon swim in it's entirety from the deck.

Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
