I manage and operate a 3 story Arts loft in Jersey CIty. I took overthis 200yr old wood mill 12 yrs ago and have been transforming it floor by floor,unit by unit ever since. We have an indoor swing, a camping tent on our ceiling, large windows for natural light, a huge rooftop with a view of the NY/NJ skyline, high ceilings and art art art galore. I have several units of various sizes available. All have high ceilings. I have a store front, a rooftop, an event space/gallery with a stage and a bohemian paradise that is upwards of 5000 sq ft. Each have their own restrictions & prices. All have a unique personality.

Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
