Panorama City (Van Nuys/North Hollywood adjacent) home. 2 Bedroom 2 bath + 3rd Master Bedroom (converted and finished garage/man cave). Wood floors. Fireplace in living room. Large covered patio (some concrete/some brick) in back with grass yard and shed. Back wall to property has direct access to local shopping plaza back parking lot. House has been used for "Magnolia" and seen in "Boogie Nights".
Back patio has four modular walls that can be removed or have height adjusted. Patio plants can be moved/rearranged. Back and side perimeters have wide concrete "sidewalks" for dolly track. Four patio outlets for power. Perimeter block walls are topped with a few extra feet of lattice; these are also modular and can be removed or have their height lowered.
Indoor "master bedroom" (converted garage) has loft ceiling, and is our "man cave". Has two couches, piano, drums and guitars/amps.
A few small baby plates are installed in kitchen ceiling (used for cooking web series) and on the patio.
