Modern Loft like townhouse on a tree-lined street in Brooklyn. Large open space parlor floor (20ft x 40ft) with vaulted ceilings and exposed beams. Eclectic minimalist decorations throughout. Very large master bedroom and children's bedroom. Four antique fireplaces, one is wood burning. Backyard with garden, slate patio and large elm tree (and chickens) Original turn of the century arched front door. Ample street parking and friendly neighbors.
1600 sq ft total as well as a front and backyard for catering, equipment. We have alot of experience with large crews
tech scouts are billed at $75 an hour
location fee for crews over 35 people is $450/hour

Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
