The property is 190 acres with the Sturgeon River running through it (large, deep and pristine!). Includes 2 small oxbow lakes, with lots of shoreline, wilderness, trails and campsites among trees. There is a very large, sandy beach with a covered pavilion and bonfire pit. We also have an event area, where weddings and festivals take place, including large grassy expanse with a cabin, pavilion, and outdoor kitchen/bar.
Also on the property is our home, atop a hill over looking the property. Our space is a 3 story ICF open-concept home with large windows that let in ample sunlight. Dark kitchen, slate flooring, wood-cookstove, large brick wall (passive solar heating) 5 separate rooms, 4 bathrooms, large basement, 9 ft. ceilings, loft, large deck... There is also a guest house and off-grid cabin on the property.
