This open concept, Victorian with a twist Toronto home features 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms- 2400 sq. ft of useable space plus finished basement. Each room has a distinct style beautifully curated with help of an interior designer! It has a contemporary design with an eclectic influence - vintage fireplace and furniture, traditional principle bedroom. The large salon/pre salon style living room and dining room have custom millwork, white marble French Renaissance fireplace and built in unique bar. There is a large open kitchen with great lighting and access to adjoining terrace- which has been used for editorial work before! The second floor has 3 fully furnished bedrooms, each a unique style, an unfurnished bedroom and 2 full bathrooms. We have filmed a feature movie in the location utilizing both floors successfully and with ease!
The $5000 rate is based off an 10 hour day. Shoots that are longer than this, will be subject to additional cost.
Located in the heart of Bloorcourt Villlage on a residential one way street:
