This is an amazing cottage on a beautiful quiet lake in Muskoka called Riley Lake that is located only 90 minutes away from central Toronto. The property has amazing views that depict true muskoka sunsets. The cottage was renovated summer 2020 with 5 bedrooms and one bathroom. This is a bright cottage and has truly the most incredible waterfront . Large eating area and big peaked family room with big window and open kitchen. There is tons of parking and the frontage is 150 feet by 350 feet with a huge new dock and access to various boats. There is a canoe, paddle boat, kayak , fishing boat and speed boat! Film crew welcome to use all amenities and this is a real cottage with beautiful propery! Tons of parking for 12 to 15 cars !
