The boat house was designed to feel non obstructive to nature as the boat slip is exposed below. Interior wood is all douglas fir and the entire upper deck wraps around the boat house and has a glass hand rail. It exudes a west coast feel only two hours from Toronto YYZ Pearson. The property also has a large main cottage with extensive grounds.
