This 111 year old brick and stone house offers an open floor plan with a very large kitchen island sitting at the center of the space. A huge bay window looks out over the backyard and is visible from the kitchen. The entire house was renovated four years ago and is filled with luxury appliances. The space is easy to set up for a shoot as there are no interior walls to work around. Easy to light and shoot. Very quiet as it's been heavily insulated. There is a second kitchen in the basement which can be used for food prep. The upstairs Master Bathroom is luxurious (photos not included). Natural hickory wide plank hardwood floors and stairs throughout. All cabinets are natural walnut. Tope of the line Kohler throughout the kitchen and baths. Stairs, and all cabinets are all walnut.

Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
