This century-old English-style cottage is situated on a 1/4 acre property that is perched above Lake Simcoe in Keswick, ON. The cottage has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, a home office and a vaulted ceiling living room with a stone, inglenook fireplace. The property is fenced in by manicured cedar hedges and accented by lush gardens, stone patios, wooden deck and a uniquely shaped apple tree. The shoreline is steep, natural and rocky, equipped with a 40ft movable dock in the summer months. The property is west-facing, with excellent views of an island, open-waters and the sunset.
Across the street, we also have a large property with a garage and storage space designed in the fashion of a old cabins and barns. In the back of the property, there is a fire pit that overlooks a farm field and old barn. The property can be used for parking.

Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
