1874 Victorian Farmhouse In The Suburbs

Our house is a heritage home designated with the province of Ontario. The house was built in 1874 in the Carpenter Gothic style typical of farmhouse of the period, however, the house has been modernised and upgraded in every way. The house was originally built facing the ravine. Thus the front of the house, (i.e. best view ) is only visible from the backyard. The street view is actually the original back of the house (summer kitchen). The house has been fully restored but still has all of its original 1874 features. Including the windows, doors, baseboards and trim, moulded cast iron radiators, and wide plank pine floors (top floor only). The house is also on a wide 75'x150' lot that is fully landscaped, with many mature trees (two 100 years +), a pond, exterior root cellar/basement entrance, rustic barn-board shed and an original well pump. We have no defined l rules or pricing yet as we are new to this, however, there should absolutely be no smoking and to alterations/damage to any of the original heritage features of the home. The house would only be available in July and August and some select weekends and holidays (March Break?) to be pre-determined well in advance.
