This is a 3 year old lake house located approx. 1.5 hr drive from Vancouver in Cultus Lake BC. The house has 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and is done in a lake/cottage style. There is a large deck with a fire table, furniture and a beautiful lake view. The kitchen has 11.5 ft ceilings and cabinetry to the ceiling. Living room has a gas fireplace and house is hardwood throughout with the exception of the basement. There are large 9ft glass doors off the living room/kitchen area that look onto the water. There is also a rooftop patio (done all in travertine) with a fireable/hot tub/ and amazing view.
The house is a second property so is not occupied full-time so there would be no displacing the family.
