Floors are all tiled or pine throughout. Very private, one acre grass-covered, level lot, surrounded by tall, mature trees, set on a paved country road, with no parking restrictions, and easy access from Highway 26. Short distance from ski hills at Blue Mountain, five private ski clubs, and Wasaga Beach, the longest fresh water beach in the world.
This house could easily represent as a mountain ski chalet in the winter, (looks like a gingerbread house when topped with snow!), or a luxurious dream country home in the summer.
