Built in 1901, the house features original architectural details. The downstairs has a floor through open living room, dining room, and annex that overlooks a backyard. The house has a lot of natural light. The kitchen is long and large and features a clean, white design. It adjoins a laundry room that provides extra space for shooting and also has a door leading to the backyard.
We have previously hosted several magazine shoots and can be accommodating to the needs of individual productions. For example, the dining room table could be moved if you wanted to create a larger living room space.

Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
