The two Large windows are facing west towards the CN tower. The room is surrounded by concrete mushroom columns and floors are covered to herringbone oak wood. The floor to ceiling white bookshelves are filled with old and new books. Open concept kitchen, bathroom, shower and the bedroom and closet (off-limits unless otherwise arranged) are located above on the mezzanine.
