Large vaulted ceiling garage on the East side of the house and smaller garage with direct access to the road in front on the West side.
House is 30 years old with 2 major renovations since then. Quiet area with tall evergreen trees, plenty of street parking, good neighbours, close to all amenities and greenspace/walking path across the street. Pets would be removed from property as required.
Home has been used for filming 3 times via Set Scouter.
If interested we also have 5 vintage / classic vehicles in pristine condition and excellent running order for rental (Lincoln convertible, Plymouth convertible, Dodge truck, Corvette convertible, Porsche). Note that cars will be removed if garage space is needed.

Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
