This is a one-of-a-kind beach shack located on the sand in Playa Del Rey, CA. This is the oldest beach house of its kind in Los Angeles. Built in 1907 the house's original throwback exterior is still intact!
Meanwhile, the interior was renovated and boasts a modern makeover. At the same time, the interior decor preserves some of the property's throwback charm. Approximately 2,000 square ft. of downstairs space is available for rental.

Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
