Classic Frame Single Family Home On Double Chicago Lot

This house offers multiple areas to shoot. The first floor features a screened in porch, a hotel lobby-esque living room, an open, bright family room surrounded with windows and white kitchen with brass accents and a fabulous black island, a breakfast area, mudroom and an office with built-ins and a beautiful stone fire place. We have four large bedrooms on the second floor, two of which have lofts with beautiful ladders. The master bedroom is 14X20 and includes a fireplace surrounded by bookshelves. We have a large yard for the city and a large, picturesque garage. We also have a finished basement and third floor space - both with multiple areas that can be interesting for your project. We've had a photo shoot on site for a children's furniture catalog and they used five different spaces in the house. We were happy to accommodate them. The exterior has a wrap around porch and features navy siding with white accents. The home was just rehabbed in 2017. The architect is Morgante Wilson and our interior designer is Lauren Lozano Ziol with Skin LLC We do have a dog, but he's a sweetheart. I think the last crew all wanted to take him home. He won't get in your way, we'll make sure he's either out of the house or with me in a closed room.
