Our workspace is conveniently located in the trendy West Loop neighborhood, less than 10 minutes from the bustle of downtown Chicago and blocks from “Restaurant Row”.
Built almost 100 years ago as one of the original warehouses in the Fulton Market District, our building stands apart with its barrel vaulted ceilings. The building has a legendary past as a prohibition distribution house and a bookie’s headquarters. After purchasing the space in 2011, we did extensive renovation to modernize and create a space where ideas and collaboration flourish. Now we’d love to share it with smart people like you! Our space offers 5000 square feet of flexible and configurable space and a commercial kitchen.
Recently, Lands' End used our space for their business outfitters retail shoot.

Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the booking start time are not refundable. Learn more
