We moved to this unique and spacious home just over 2 years ago and have renovated the entire space. There's about 7000 square feet (all finished and decorated) available for use.  Included in that is a 2500 square foot pub (accommodates quite a few thirsty people :) with nautical elements (which includes portholes in doors, a divers helmet and ships helm). It also incorporates 2 covered decks attached for overflow - one small and one large. The pub is separated from the rest of home by a long hallway..... its far enough away from the other areas of the house that noise transfer shouldn't be an issue. The house is tucked back away about 1/2 kilometre from the main road.  There's about 100 acres of land - some open fields, some forest (some with trails) and a little farmed.  There is also an old barn located on the property and a huge warehouse attached to the house...... like a blank canvas with large bay doors in front and nothing in the back. For larger shoots the open 3 bay car port can be used as set up area for caterers and staff/crew tables for meals. Lots of parking in front of warehouse and fields for all cars, trucks, porta potties, etc.  Everything can be held at one location without having to drive back and forth to multiple set up/holding sites. The driveway is gated which provides more security if trucks/equipment need to stay on site for multiple days.  Plus, we live here and I can be fierce to intruders if need be :) :) Come on out and have a look if you're interested.
