Unique Modern Rustic House

Our unique space is nothing like you've ever seen. Designed and built by my own father who designed and constructed homes in Dubai and Kuwait and all over the gulf for over 20 years. This is his most unique home that features open concept designs with elements from the outside taken to the inside of the house. We repeated the wood siding and stone walls from outside to inside the house. With huge top to bottom windows showing the back of the house from the front entrance. It has high ceilings and a panorama view skylight that makes our feature staircase a showpiece. Our staircase is one of the main features of the house. Multi level, open riser, mono beam with glass railings supported by a huge stone wall from the basement to the skylight. Our kitchen has a unique floating island with an angled waterfall countertop. We have a pantry room with a butler door. Our great room is connected to the kitchen with floor-to-ceiling windows. Overlooking the pool in the backyard. We have a massive wrap-around deck that overlooks the swimming pool. We have a multilevel fire pit area with the sandbox in the corner. Our basement has a bedroom with a skylight and glossed concrete floors. We have a sound proof media room. A huge loft upstairs with a balcony. Our master room is co-joined with our master bath. This house is located in the best possible area. Central!! We're right off the 401, between Yonge and Bayview. So not too far east or west. As far as filming, there isn't a lot of furniture. Rooms can be rearranged or staged/decorated as one wishes. Flexible with whatever you want to do to suit your needs.
