Barn With A Breathtaking Mountain View In Northern Arizona

The Barn is a 5,000 square ft. fully renovated midwestern style chicken coop with windows down both sides, offers a full banquette kitchen, bar, dance floor, disc jockey booth, office space, studio and lounge and is centrally heated and comfortable year around. The Noble Barn offers office space and more than adequate storage or check areas for production equipment, cameras, lighting etc... The amenities are located in a separate facility consisting of a make up station, men and woman's showers, 4 toilets, 3 sinks and a shaded outdoor 6 person hot tub with a privacy fence. The ranch has many ponderosa pine , juniper and Chinese elms trees along with lilac bushes, cactus and wild vegetation. The natural environment is high desert at an elevation of almost 7,000 ft. In the adjacent Coconino National Forest, cattle, elk and deer are free ranging and are sighted almost every day during the spring, summer and fall. There is parking for RV/production vehicles including electric and water hook ups, plus on site parking for more than ten additional autos/vans. This barn serves as a set, and/or base camp for shoots in Northern Arizona.
