Manor Grimsby estate is very quiet beautiful Nature Paradise,80 acers of land with 40 acers of farm land, 40 acers of forest, good for nature-loving people. 1st and 2nd floor (3500 square feet) with stunning views, Conservation area on top of the Niagara Escarpment, You will fall in love with this villa, close to downtown Grimsby, Bruce trail, 5 minutes from the QEW, lake Ontario half an hour from Niagara Falls & Niagara on the Lake and less than 1 hour from Toronto.Middle of the wine country.
The space
The home is furnished with a beautiful modern wood décor and can accommodate up to 11 guests- plus plenty of parking. The form House is a perfect place to feel relaxed and kick back, just be aware there are 2 sets of stairs as you go through the house. There is one bedroom and a 1 piece bathroom on the main floor. Upstairs has two full bathroom and 4 bedrooms, large living room and a table for eating or games/arts & crafts. The loft has heat and AC as well as the entire home.
Guest access
Guests can access to living room, sun room, drawing room, office room, dining room, kitchen with dining room. No access to Basement, wine tasting experience and chefs dinners when available.
The home is a short drive away from dining, groceries, pharmacy, and great coffee shops. Nothing is within short walking distance but there is plenty within a short 5-10 minute drive The BBQ is fully functional May-Sept (not available in the winter). Propane is provided.
The wifi on the manor cuts in and out. We apologize that it is not always reliable.
