Our "Italian farmhouse" is on 10 acres north of Fresno / Clovis, California. We are one of only 6 homes on a 1-mile long private road so it is very quiet. Our home includes high-end and unique design elements. All the rooms are extremely large with high ceilings and lots of natural light.
We have a pool with views of the Sierra Nevada mountains to the east (no homes visible in that direction). Gazebo and waterfall / pond in the backyard.
Many native oak trees and boulders. In the summer months the landscape is golden brown, in the winter the fields are green and in early spring the hillsides are covered with gorgeous wildflowers.
We have a 3-stall stable / barn and 3-car garage.

Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
