Living On The Edge In Tucson!

I will say everyone is always impressed by the encompassing views from my house and since I live here alone I feel the house isn't really used as much as it could be, so I heard about this site and thought to give it a try. The house reminds me of a cool "up the mountain" ski lodge in several ways. It has an enormous fireplace in the living area, pecky cedar lining on the ceiling in the main areas, wood flooring and huge windows which showcase the mountains. The house sits on a ridge with the higher mountains just out the window to the north and unobstructed city views to the south. You can see the entrance to an old silver mine on the ridge above the house from the picture windows. I also have a hot-tub which sits on the very edge of the ridge with two large multi-armed saguaro cacti next to it, it feels like a movie set when you are in the tub. The house is at the end of the road, it's a cul-de-sac and my house is on the view side of the street. My driveway is rather steep in one section due to the ridge edge, but parking is possible either up or down driveway or in the cul-de-sac. The city views are as mentioned unobstructed and the mountain view is also unobstructed, from the other side of the street you are actually too close to the upslope of the mountain to see the peaks. There are 8 acres of native desert with probably over a hundred saguaros and other cool animals roaming around. I have a desert tortoise also as a outside pet! That's it I think, I don't have any restrictions on availability or location rules.
