Modern Duplex Steps Away From Wrigley Field

There are 5 exterior stairs and then we are the first unit. Our unit is duplex down. When you walk in the front door it is an open floor plan with a living room, kitchen, eating area, and powder room. When you walk downstairs to the left is our master bedroom with very high ceilings and a beautiful chandelier. Behind the master bedroom is a small back patio that has astroturf. There is a master bathroom with a very large steam shower, double vanity sink, and toilet. Then as you walk down the hallway, past the laundry machine, and there is a furnished guest room. The guest room is attached by a jack and jill bathroom with a jacuzzi and separate shower, that connects to the third bedroom. We have converted the third bedroom into a lounge. We have an L shape couch and a 70 inch television in the lounge. Our entire house is furnished, mose walls are painted in the gray blue family, the master bedroom is painted brown. All of the lights and mini chandeliers match throughout the house.
