110 Year Old, 2 Story Farm House & Horse Farm In The Low Country Of South Carolina

110 year old, 2 story farm house on 21 acres in the middle of tree farms in remote Hampton County, South Carolina (just over 1 hour from Savannah, Beaufort and 1 hour 45 minutes from Charleston). The restored farm house has, 2 porches across the front, 6 fireplaces (gas logs), 4 bedrooms (2 upstairs), 3 bathrooms, an open kitchen/dinning room with modern appliances, a sun room and a beautiful entry hall way with original glass in the doors/windows or the entry. Pine floors are throughout the house. It is very remote (9.5 miles from Hampton, SC) on a small county road with no neighbors in sight. It is very quiet and parking spaces are unlimited. 2/3 of the 21 acres are fenced with wooden fences (the ones that are visible along the house/road). The remainder of the land is in trees. There is a leaning, wooden shed that is 110 years old. Huge, moss covered oak trees are in the front yard and a row of pecan trees are on one side of the house. The pastures are tree lined. Our horses are very gentle and are available for photographing, they include: 3 horses, 2 mules, 1 donkey and 2 miniature horses. An English Mastiff is also available for photographing. This location is not available for anything that would consist of supernatural elements such as horror, alien, ghosts etc. The home is available at any time with sufficient notice (from several days to several weeks depending specific circumstances). No smoking in the house.
