Rustic Alaskan Abode On Wooded Ski Trails Of Chugiak, Alaska

Awesome old house that was abandoned and condemned when we bought it. Has some seriously unique attributes and you wont find another one like it anywhere. Once had a dog team, 3 cats and a couple of ducks living in the basement. (before we bought it). Have been fixing it up for over 30 years. Rustic log cabin on the first floor, cedar siding on the upper floors. Beams that you can swing on in the living room (if you are so inclined), as well as loft spaces and million year old fossils in the living room. Nothing new or fancy about it, but it is a great space. About 4 acres and lots of trails and woods right outside the front door. A deck, an old shed /art studio in front yard.
