The is a beautiful one story home in a neighborhood that is off the beaten path .Everone has a acre no homes look a like .The home inside is a open concept very unusual looking .When you walk in you can see right to the beautiful backyard that has a 1400 square-foot covered patio and a huge pool with the waterfall. We had big trees in the back. The covered patio has 26 electric plugs so you have plenty of power. On the patio there is a fire place .The patio can see it easily 35 people in the backyard can't see it at least 70. There is a full kitchen in the back with a four top gas burner .Double ovens microwave and dishwasher. We also have grills and smokers. It's just a very unusual property it is all brand new inside with that Mediterranean tropical feel. This house could be used for so many commercials and TV venues. From cooking showdowns.Definitely any reality shows. Wonderful for family shows it's a great place.
