This site has 2 old homes over 100 years old, not livable. A tobacco barn and stock barn that were both renovated by amish, barns were built around 1900 . Both barns have lofts. There is an old spring enclosed with sandstone rocks that was used for family water. Property is bordered by Harpeth river .Several bamboo groves and large silos. Also has ducks ,chickens, donkeys and geese. A couple hundred acres of large timber
