7 historic buildings are set on 11 acres for a village experience. Old world charm, surprising grand features are prominent through out each structure. The Post Office, 3 story Mill Lodge, Water Mill, Kokomo Barn, Dairy Parlor, cottage and Victorian home were all moved, saved and revitalized from a sleepy little town across the hill. The following decor is commonly found in each building: brick glazed floors, detailed scrolled wood trim, large stained glass windows set in the ceilings, massive hand hewn beams, antique artifacts from 1860's on, buildings wrapped in large quartz stone. The beauty of these buildings and the experience they create are currently being used as an event venue.

Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
