This 2,400 sq ft house built in 1875 offers 5 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and full kitchen. There is a giant backyard which features the barn, fire pit, picnic tables and BBQ. The dining room has a custom harvest table that seats 8, and all appliances are upgraded stainless steel including the gas stove, dishwasher, full fridge and washer/dryer.
The original barn in the backyard is completely rustic, which you are welcome to use. There is also an unfinished attachment at the back of the house that looks like a rustic wood cabin on the interior. It is currently bare bones and easily convertible into any desired set.
The house offers a ton of fresh air & natural light thanks to the high ceilings and large windows. You’ll find historic details at every turn, such as the original stain glass above the bedroom doorways, the original built-in bookshelves, and antique furniture.
The house is nestled right beside the waters of Picton Harbour on a beautiful, quite side street but is also just steps from all the action & amenities of town.
