The apartment is available during the hours of 7 am to 9 pm. These times are flexible depending on filming needs. There is a 4 hour minimum for film shoots when you book. If over night shoots are preferred I will need a hotel stipend of $300 added to the price at the time of booking. Crews are allowed to bring in outside food and beverages. They are allowed to smoke but near an open window. Film crews are allowed to bring pets or animals into the apartment if they are needed for filming but will need to let me know beforehand. Crews are allowed to leave and store in the apartment their equipment up to a day before shooting at $50 a day storage fee added to the price of booking. If the production decides to store equipment the day before their filming day starts, there will be an hourly fee for the load in of equipment. In the past when productions have loaded in their equipment the director and some cast & crew members have mapped out their shots during this load in which many times takes more than an hour. The day before filming load in hourly fee is $50 an hour for the first hour of load in and $100 an hour for the 2nd hour if the production stays 2 or more hours to map out shots or is running late (for any reason) for the agreed on time of day of pre filming day load in. I will update Set Scouter at that time the additional hourly load in and equipment storage fees to final booking price. Crews are allowed to rearrange furniture for filming purposes as long as everything is moved back into the same place before they leave. Please tidy up as best you can, there is a broom and swiffer wet and dry mop to quickly clean up floors on your way out.
