This is a video production studio located in the heart of South West Baltimore's Carrolton Ridge community. Most visitors are shocked that our studio exists at this location. We have 7 foot high windows, gleaming hardwood floors, conference room with completely white walls and 1000 sq ft black box production area with a sound system for each room. We have two freight elevators located at the front and rear of the building for easy load in and out. Many productions have been filmed here and we want to make this space available to you.
Property Rules include:
No smoking, street parking changes due to street sweeping days, no excessively loud noise for extended periods of time. the elevator must be used for transportation only, renters must maintain and bag all trash so our crew can dispose of it properly.

Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the booking start time are not refundable. Learn more
