The house built in 1917 by Julius Gregory is a Medieval Revival style design with a prominent, steeply pitched roof, casement windows grouped along brick sills and a wood entrance door set in a Tudor arched opening.
Grand house with 7 bedrooms, 6.5 baths. House has a large great room (600+ sqft) with 25' ceiling, balcony and stained glass. The dinning room is also large (comfortably seats 25+) and is oak paneled. Both rooms have working wood burning fireplaces.
House has lot of original details (metal work, carvings, beams) which have been thoughtfully married to renovated state of the art kitchen and bathrooms.
