Property extends down onto the flats, has about 8 acres of easily accessed forested area. Interior of the barn can be used, but hayloft is not (currently) easily accessible (elevated with platform and step ladder). Hayloft is currently storing hay. One full home on the property with a living room overlooking the valley and a new build above a barn/shop area with a large outdoor deck space.
