Canadian Rocky Mountain Cabin

Our Rocky Mountain Cabin is located in an area surrounded by unspoilt trees mountains and rivers. The wilderness is literally right outside our door. We are located within easy access to the trans Canada Highway. We are just 1hr 20mins from the city of Calgary and the international airport. Our closest town is less than 5 min drive away. The Rocky Mountain town of Banff is less than 20 mins drive away. All have easy access to hotels etc. Many well known movies have been shot locally. e.g Interstellar, the edge, the Revenant to name just a few. Our cabin has cedar siding. We have a large private garden which surrounds the house on 3 sides. Bordered by unspoilt wilderness . The interior of our home has cabin decor. The interior of our cabin receives the sun in the mornings until around 2pm in the afternoon during the winter months. Approx 4 pm onward in the summer months. The land surrounding us gets the sun all day long especially in the summer months. We have areas shaded by trees. We have a good sized drive that will accommodate approximately 5 cars. We can organize parking for a few more on our land. There is room for parking outside our property. We have a large deck with an attached pergola and seating area. We also have a 12’ X 12’ cedar gazebo on our land with rustic cedar decking which was used for a wedding. We have a large rustic wedding arch made from old railway sleepers which stands on the property. We hosted a wedding recently and the pictures were stunning. We have a large rustic wood seat swing. We have an old rustic wagon from the late 1800’s as decor which sits on our property. The previous owner worked in the movie business and had the cart moved here from a movie set.
