Both have plenty of room, 2 washrooms, full kitchens, living rooms etc. Upstairs is larger on every scale including a 25' X 20' covered patio, skylights. 2 minutes in every direction to skytrain/bus transit, bicycle paths, trans Canada trail, main highways, main arteries, downtown, gastown, false creek flats, burnaby, n. Vancouver, Indian arm & all Vancouver harbour access & water-ways. All within minutes! There is lots of street parking & with a 2 car garage there would be a total of 4 cars available on site. 2 in the driveway, 2 in the garage.
** For suite/long term rentals; this booking is unique because of the amazing location, the ability to do some light cooking, laundry & catch up in the heart of European (Commercial Dr. area) Vancouver. Once you have settled in, it's time for a hot tub, glass of wine & planning your day(s) in Vancouver & surrounding area(s). Winter season we are very close to all local ski mountains (Cypress, Grouse, Seymour (20-30 min.) & Whistler (1.5 hrs.)) & all year we have a boat charter company that can tour you all around Vancouver harbour & waterways! Crab fishing, taking pictures, picnics are all part of the day! FB=Vancouver Boating Adventures!
