The home sits in the middle of an acre lot.
The property is easily accessible from the major freeway that is close by.
There is a 9ft wall that surrounds the entire property so there is a lot of privacy.
There are not noise ordinance laws as it does not sit within an HOA.
The home is white in color ( Casa Blanca) and the outside looks very much like a small resort.
There are plenty of areas close to the home that are very easy to get to such as : Hiking Trails, Lake Pleasant Marina, Deer Valley Airport, Dining etc.
The property is kept in top condition. We have a maintenance gentleman who makes sure that all of the landscaping is perfect and that all features are in perfect working order.
He can also be a driver in my black Tahoe which has limo style windows, also for privacy.
We have access points for deliveries... one is the main gated entrance which are remote controlled gates. The other is a double gated maintenance gate for Semi's and or large equipment.
