Our house is an urban style, sunny, open concept bungalow. Newly renovated with high cathedral ceilings, hardwood floors and a panoramic view situated on a 4-acre forest like lot. Easy access to the 401 and a beautiful country side settings for any production.
Located in Smithfield with a 10 minute drive to Prince Edward County, our house is a very clean space that is cozy, family and pet friendly. This house is unique in it's interior design, finished with Structube, art-deco style furniture and is also very spacious! There is an open garage and storage cabin near the driveway and an insulated bunkie in the backyard.
Great rural country roads and old-style churches nearby for a natural "country" feel type of shoot. Ideal for any season production but spectacular and magical for a winter time shoot. Parking for a maximum of 6 cars in the horseshoe driveway and space for set trucks on the property.
We are also in the film/television industry and have shot our latest film using our home and the beautiful landscape as our backdrop. If you're looking for a "country-style" setting with an urban flare, come check it out!

Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
