"I LOVE YOUR PLACE!" is what I hear every time someone comes over. This unique loft is over 1100 sq ft. Double doors open to the main floor that is open concept with a vintage cast iron staircase leading upstairs to the bedroom mezzanine. It's my creative studio. This loft is designed for fun, creativity and Zen. The perfect place for a shoot thanks to the 18 ft ceilings. From films, tv shows, photoshoots and more, the space is very versatile.
This building is historic. It is one of the last of its kind in this city. An old toy factory that has been converted into work/live lofts. The best way I can describe it is that it feels like a piece of NYC in Toronto. If you're looking for a pristine refined modern home...you better look elsewhere. If you're looking for an authentic loft experience with ancient creaking floors and a lot of character, then you've come to the right place! This loft's quirks make it imperfectly perfect.

Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
